Spring is in the air...
Spring is here and the weather is getting warm! Bud burst has come and that awesome feeling that we will soon be smelling that lovely smell of fermenting juice is just around the corner. With September comes footy finals (Go the Power and Blanchtown/Swan Reach) and preperation for bottling.
We will be bottling our 2005 vintage in early october, so keep an eye out for that little ripper! We still have a few of the 2004 vintage left but it is running out fast so grab it while you can.
