Final Crush

Well the final crush has been done and vintage is starting to slow down. The last batch of Cabernet was crushed on Saturday which means there is only one week of pumpovers to do, and another vintage of another year is done. Its been a short and busy vintage, with a hot hot heat record making vintage finish up a lot quicker than it should have. Even with the heat wave, we have still seen one of the best vintages in the Barossa for a long time. Pruning is only just around the corner.
